CPS Midlands Ltd have designed a system that is non-confrontational, achieved by issuing a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) to any vehicles that fail to meet the requirements that the site manager or owner dictates. The system we operate is so diverse and flexible that it can be applied to any size car park, from permit schemes to total no parking enforcement. This system has proved very successful in achieving very quick results in solving parking issues.

All of our customers have found that our solution has been successful in deterring and eradicating unauthorised parking on their land in a non-confrontational, ethical and legal manner.

The DVLA along with The IPC have created a code of conduct to ensure lawful, ethical and fair business practise to which we adhere to. We are registered with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) for data protection so are able to obtain keeper details from the DVLA to enforce any parking charges that remain unpaid.
